COVID19 DELIVERY UPDATE

Following recent government advice, the way we operate will change slightly. We are really lucky to be able to keep the brand running from home at this difficult time but instead of deliveries going out daily, they will be leaving our office once a week.

Please be sure to let us know if an order is urgent and we will do what we can to get it to you in good time. Thank you for your ongoing support :)

UNITED KINGDOM

Standard delivery £5.99 (this covers the postage - Royal Mail /signed for, packaging and one of our wonderful staff picking and packing your order so it looks top notch when arrives).

Tracked 24hrs and signed for £8.99  (this covers the postage - Royal Mail, packaging and one of our wonderful staff picking and packing your order so it looks top notch when arrives). Dispatched within one working day.

EUROPE

Standard delivery (4-5 working days) £11.95

THE REST OF WILD WORLD

• Small Parcel: Standard delivery (6-10 working days): £14.95.
• Large Parcel: Standard delivery (6-10 working days): £19.95

Please note that Wild Red do not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are sure you will love your new purchase but if for any reason you are not totally satisfied, you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect, original condition with the original tags and packaging.

How to return or exchange products:

REFUNDS

• Please email: contact@wildred.london
• Please state: your name, order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for that return. You do not need to wait for a reply before returning.     
• Returns address: Wild Red, The Studio, 1 Meadow Close, Sevenoaks, Kent. TN13 3HZ. 
• Your refund: will be approved if the goods still have tags, are unworn and in perfect condition. The refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
• Please allow: 7-10 days from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed.

EXCHANGES

• Please email:contact@wildred.london
• Please state: your name, order number, the product you wish to exchange and the reason for that exchange. You do not need to wait for a reply before returning.
• Please return: the garment to us with a note stating your name, order number, the product you wish to exchange and what you would like to exchange your purchase for.                                                                         
• Returns Address: Wild Red, The Studio, 1 Meadow Close, Sevenoaks, Kent. TN13 3HZ.
• Your refund: will be approved if the goods still have tags, are unworn and in perfect condition.

All items returned to us are at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded postal service to ensure it definitely falls into the hands of our Wild Red team. Once your return is received and has been inspected, your exchange will be processed. Please allow 3 days from receipt of parcel to dispatch.

 

FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS POLICY:                                                             

Customers are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods up to 30 days after purchasing.

• Please state: your name, order number, a detailed description of what is wrong with the product and images of the faulty product.

Any item/s where a fault has been caused due to customer negligence or not following the garment care instructions will not be refunded. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.
